MINUTES OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING OF
17 August 2009

Opening Ceremony: Commander Abney called the meeting to order in proper form at 19:32 hrs on Monday, 17 AUG 2009, at the Post home with the POW-MIA flag being in place.

Roll Call of Officers: The roll call produced a quorum. 9 Officers and 2 Executive Committee Members (ECM) answered the Roll Call. Past Commander Erb and ECM Martin are excused. 3rd Vice Commander and Adjutant are vacant.

Reading of the Minutes: Commander Abney did not call for a reading of the Membership Meeting Minutes of 03 AUG 09.

Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Executive Committee (Lake County Fair Float decoration in the Pavilion, refinishing of the Post floors) 1st Vice Stennis moves for adjournment, 2nd Vice Morgan seconds and the Motion passed. The Commander dispenses with the ritual and adjourns the Executive Committee Meeting at 19:34 hrs.
